1/2 c sugar
2 c flour

Preparation

Mix together. Pour into 13x9 pan, makes a thin layer. Then sprinkle heavily with cinnamon and brown sugar. Next dot heavily with butter or margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 min.
