Peanut Butter Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation

Cream together first four ingredients.
Combine egg and milk. Sift flour with baking powder and add wheat germ.
Add the liquid mixture and the dry mixture alternately to the creamed mixture. Stir just until moistened. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
