Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water or beet juice
    1 can beets, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and water together in a saucepan.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Add drained beets.
    Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
    Before serving, add butter and just bring to a boil.
