Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    4 cans milk (more if needed)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 c. butter
    1 bag frozen broccoli pieces
    2 large handfuls uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large soup kettle.
    Cook and stir to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir often.
