Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    grape jelly or jelly of your choice
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Beat.
    Then
    add
    boiling
    water while beating. Pour onto
    wax paper lined cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn
    pan over onto dish towel.
    Cool and remove wax paper. Spread jelly over top.
    Roll up and leave in towel for 10 minutes. Slice.
