Sheila'S Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plumped raisins
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
With pastry blender, blend oleo.
Add by hand egg and milk.
Put layer of mix on bottom of loaf pan.
Cover with raisins and seed.
Poke raisins into dough.
Cover with remaining dough.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
