Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. chicken soup (dry)
    1 c. Minute rice
    3 c. water
    1 c. almond slivers
    paprika and black pepper
Preparation
    In deep skillet brown and drain sausage.
    Add pepper, onion, soup mix, water and rice.
    Simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole bowl.
    Top with almonds.
    Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Almonds will be toasted.
