Chicken Cutlets Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced thin
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic to taste
    onion to taste
    bread crumbs
    basil (if available)
Preparation
    Dip each cutlet in egg first, then in bread crumbs. Fry each cutlet in hot olive oil.
