Grandma'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 envelope yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. very warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together the shortening, yeast, sugar, warm water and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add 3 cups of flour and stir together. Add 1 cup flour and then turn onto floured bread board or pastry cloth.
    Knead for about 5 minutes, adding flour until it is no longer sticky.
