Oatmeal Crisps - cooking recipe

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray a 9-inch square pan with vegetable oil spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, brown sugar and vanilla.
Add oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix until blended.
Press mixture evenly and firmly into pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
