Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, chopped (may use green onions)
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Muenster cheese, grated
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into buttered pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
