Bean And Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. French sliced green beans, drained
    1 small pimento, chopped
    4 small stalks celery, chopped
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 onion in rings, tear apart
    1 green bell pepper
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil (I use Mazola cooking oil)
Preparation
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour this mixture over salad.
    Let stand overnight or at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.
    Drain before serving.
