Cucumber Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    onion to taste, finely chopped
    Tabasco to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1 or 2 drops green food coloring
    1 loaf sandwich bread (crust off)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and seed cucumbers (if skin is not bitter, leave on). Chop fine. Soak cucumbers for 15 minutes in vinegar solution (vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt); drain. Blend onion with cream cheese. Add drained cucumber and season to taste. Spread on crustless bread.
