Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sliced fresh ginger
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix well. Pour into a large Ziploc plastic bag and add venison, beef or any meat you desire; seal. Turn several times to make sure the meat is covered, then allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours ahead of cooking, turning a couple of times. The tougher the meat, the longer you should marinate. Venison can marinate up to 4 days if quite tough. This recipe will handle approximately 6 steaks.
