Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. milk
    12 cooked carrots
    1 stick butter or less
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease casserole dish well.
    Soak bread in milk.
    Mash carrots with butter.
    Mix bread and milk with carrots.
    Stir in eggs and sugar.
    Bake for 1 hour or until well browned on top.
    Serves 6.
