Fruited Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 firm ripe pears, unpeeled, cored and diced
2 firm red Delicious apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. shredded green cabbage
1 carrot, peeled and coarsely shredded
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. unflavored low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. honey or sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, toss
pears and apples with lemon juice. Add cabbage, carrots and raisins; combine well and set aside.
