Creme De La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 Tbsp.)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries (1 pt.)
Preparation
    Stir together gelatin and sugar.
    Add boiling water and stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved (about 5 minutes of stirring).
    Stir in the cream; chill until slightly thickened. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat until blended.
    Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Unmold onto a serving plate and spoon over the cream.
