Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat egg whites until foamy and fold into mixture.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until pie starts to turn brown, then turn oven down to 250\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes.
