Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. whole mushrooms
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    1 tsp. Texas hot sauce
    1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Wash and drain mushrooms.
    Gently move stem back and forth until stem pops out of mushroom, leaving cap.
    Brown sausage, adding chopped up stems.
    Drain.
    Return to stove, add cream cheese, Creole seasoning and hot sauce.
    Heat until mixture is combined well.
    Remove from heat.
    Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
