Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef strips (chuck or round)
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. bouillon
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown together beef strips, onion, garlic and oil.
    Add ginger, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil and then stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
