Basil-Marinated Swordfish Or Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh basil
    1 to 2 lb. salmon or swordfish steaks or fillets
Preparation
    Marinate fish in sauce for 3 hours, turning several times. Remove fish and grill about 7 minutes on each side.
