Peaches 'N Cream Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained or 2 medium fresh peaches, sliced
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients except whipping cream and peaches with a wire whisk or hand beater until well blended.
    Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (grease griddle if necessary).
