Jacqi'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large apples
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel, core and slice apples into ovenproof casserole.
    Melt stick of margarine.
    Add flour, sugar and vanilla.
    Sprinkle apples with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Cover with crumb mixture.
    Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, until juice bubbles up.
