Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

2 (16 oz.) pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 lb. hot pork sausage (Bob Evans brand is good)
1 lb. carrots
1 large head cabbage
5 large onions
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

1. To ensure the right consistency of whipped cream, chill the beaters and bowl in freezer before beating.
The cream should be well chilled too.
