Peggy'S Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 c. oil or butter (2 Tbsp.)
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add other ingredients.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Bake 20 minutes in greased muffin pans at 350\u00b0. Fill the cups 3/4 full.
    Does not need to rise, just refrigerate and use at will.
