Cooked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    3 Tbsp. meat grease
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    In large iron skillet, add meat grease.
    Let grease and pan get warm on burner.
    Add cabbage and salt and water.
    Cover and cook until cabbage is tender, approximately 15 minutes.
