Darwin'S Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans apple pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. walnut or pecan pieces
Preparation

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass pan, spread the apple filling. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over apple filling.
Slice butter into strips and place over the cake mix.
Sprinkle the walnuts or pecans over entire mixture; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake is golden brown.
Serves 10 to 12.
