Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
2 cans creamed corn
1 can whole corn
4 eggs
1 green bell pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. American cheese
1/2 c. green onions
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, sugar and black pepper.
Beat eggs lightly.
Add red and green bell pepper, green onions and corn to eggs.
Add 1/2 cup cheese to mixture.
Add flour mixture.
Put into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes, until brown.
Serves 6.
