Pork Chops And Rice(A Quick Meal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
garlic salt
pepper
1 large onion
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pt. or can of tomatoes
2 c. water
1 tsp. beef bouillon
Preparation

Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over pork chops.
Brown on both sides in electric skillet.
Leave in pan.
Slice onion and place a slice of onion on each pork chop.
Sprinkle rice over pork chops and add tomatoes.
Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over pork chops.
Cook at 300\u00b0 slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice is tender.
You may have to add more water as they cook.
