Buffet Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 oz.) can anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/8 c. tarragon vinegar
3 green onions, finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 (16 oz.) cans whole green beans
sieved hard-cooked egg yolks (for garnish)
chopped, hard-boiled egg whites (for garnish)
cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
Preparation

Mix together anchovies, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and onions.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain green beans well.
Toss with dressing and let stand, covered, in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
Serve garnished with egg yolks and whites and cherry tomatoes.
