Raw Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. rum flavoring
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar, eggs and potatoes.
    Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly and pour into a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 10 servings.
