Low-Cal Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed high protein cereal (unsweetened)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. boiler-fryer chicken pieces
1/2 c. skimmed evaporated skim milk
Preparation

Mix the crushed cereal, salt and pepper together on a flat plate. Dip chicken pieces into milk, then roll them in the cereal mixture. Place them, skin side down, on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Turn and bake on other side 30 minutes.
