Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. mace (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut (I prefer frozen)
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, mace and salt.
    (Mix soda in buttermilk.)
    Blend into dry ingredients oil, eggs and buttermilk. Add pineapple, coconut, nuts and carrots.
    Bake 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
