Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Add broccoli and stir.
    Add water, flour and cheese.
    Beat eggs well and add.
