Hamburger And Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 cans green beans
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large chopped onion
2 regular size cans tomato soup
salt to taste
6 potatoes
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion together.
Drain well, then add the green beans, tomato soup, water, salt and pepper.
Turn in large casserole.
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft.
Mash while hot and add enough milk to make fluffy, yet stiff to hold shape.
Drop in mounds on top of meat mixture.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
(Instant potatoes work well!)
