Hawaiian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
    1 c. chicken flavored broth (McKay's)
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. Minute instant rice
Preparation
    Mix pineapple with juice, carrots, broth and raisins in large saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork and serve.
    Makes 9 servings.
