Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in hot water
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
other spices to taste
Preparation

Mix thoroughly at least 200 strokes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
