Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on the box. Combine spinach (drained), onion and stuffing mix; mix well and add seasonings. Melt butter (do not get hot); pour over stuffing mixture. Add eggs and cheese. Mix well; roll into walnut-size balls. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
