Charleston Shrimp Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced bacon
    2 1/2 c. cooked tomato
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; cook onion in bacon fat and add tomatoes and rice.
    Mix well.
    Cover; heat to boiling, then simmer 20 minutes, stirring.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes for rice to get fluffy; add shrimp and bacon and put in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
