Easy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cut up cooked lean beef
    1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni (6 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (8 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes; stir.
    Cover and bake until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes longer.
