Korean Appetizer Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Shape into balls the size of large marbles.
(Refrigerate or freeze if done ahead.)
Arrange meatballs (thaw, if frozen) on shallow pan and bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Reserve meat juices.
Serve meatballs good and warm.
Serve with Horseradish Sauce Dip.
