Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 c. cooked beets
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except beets in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling. Remove and pour over beets.
    Let stand 6 hours in refrigerator. Enjoy!
