Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook, then drain, frozen chopped spinach.
    Season with
    1 part mayonnaise and 2 parts margarine.
    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
