Chicken Breasts Genovese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. basil leaves
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    pinch of white pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs, seasoned with salt, pepper, dried marjoram and oregano
    1 egg, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine garlic, basil and olive oil in a blender or food processor.
    After processing, add salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Split chicken breasts lengthwise and spread with basil mixture and close.
    Dip each breast in egg mixture and roll in mixture of bread crumbs and flour.
    Heat 1/8-inch olive oil in skillet and saute breasts on each side until golden.
    Place breasts in shallow baking dish; bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
