Stir-Fry Chicken And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken into narrow strips.
    Melt margarine in skillet or wok (medium heat). Add chicken, pepper, onion and celery. Toss while cooking. When chicken changes color (from pink to white), add dressing and soy sauce.
    Cook over low heat. Stir often. Cook about 30 minutes. Good over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
