Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. chili mix (or use Mexican seasonings)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 can cream style corn
1 jalapeno, chopped (seeds removed)
1 onion, chopped
milk, if needed
Preparation

Season ground meat (or use the pkg. of chili mix). Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, sugar, oleo, cream style corn, jalapeno (more if desired), and onion. Add milk if necessary.
