Spanish Omelette - cooking recipe

6 eggs
1/2 c. sweet peas (canned)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
1 medium onion
1 potato, peeled and in 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Saute potato in 1/4 cup oil until lightly browned and tender. Remove and leave a little oil to saute the onion.
Beat eggs with the baking powder and add salt and pepper.
