Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or 1 c. milk with 2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Cream together sugar, eggs and Crisco.
Sift together flour, soda, cocoa and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk.
Add vanilla.
Add boiling water; stir only until well blended.
Divide between 2 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool completely before frosting with Chocolate Frosting.
