Minute Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken fryer
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. wine or sauce
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 stalk green onion
Preparation
    Chop chicken in serving pieces.
    Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Sprinkle chopped onion over chicken and serve.
