Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Fold crushed crackers and pecans into beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. After cool, top with whipped cream.
